I don't think you could use this game to gauge River and Ridge. I believe this game is Rivers Senior Night. Normally during Senior Night most teams play all Seniors whether they normally start or not. Therefore this will play a big part of the outcome. i have talked to a river player and appearently they have no plans on playing seniors because it is such an important game... What "important game" It does not mean anything. A team should show some respect to seniors that have been part of the team for years and this could be their final home game. I blame the coach for this scheduling an "important game" for their last home game. I feel bad for those seniors that do not start.

My team was no where near as talented, and I think its a similar situation, ridge has more talent but i believe if river plays to potential and the seniors motivate their team on their special night they can play on another level, if they have seniors that dont usually play you can be sure their working to get their time and prove they can be out there.

^ I agree..... Seniors that have been with the team for so many years and not starters SHOULD play in the Senior Night Game.....It is their last HS home game.....this is their night...I also agree with the guy who wrote that this is River's coaches fault.....They schedulued Ridge to be the last home game from the beginning and knew it would be Senior Night.....no surprise....

Ridge won in 3. River played seniors in first game until they couldnt stop a 10 0 run and they put Brad and Maher back in. Next two games were the starters and they just could not compete with Ridge. For Ridge, excellent setter, big blocks and decent defense. For River, they are very weak at setter and also libero and the other outside. Setter did not set Brad much and it was tip tip tip by the other outside. Clearly Ridge has the better team. Congrats to them for staying undefeated. Oh and lots of scouting going on in the stands with players from AMHS and many other schools.

I don't think that ridge is as good as everyone is making them out to be, don't get me wrong they should make it to finals and will comets with McCarthy..but they're sloppy

Based upon what I saw from each team, it will come down to AMHS, Ridge and Columbus. Each one could beat each other on any given day. These 3 teams are much better then River.
