You are an idiot to say you would take top 4 south teams over top 4 central florida teams Any Central Florida team could beat those schools

there is always going to be biased opinions. the majority of central florida players will say how they think central fl is better, and the majority of south florida players will say how they think south fl is better. there are the few that see that it could actually be anyones game, south or central, so im not saying everyone is like this. however its pointless to argue over which is better. talk about teams that are good and give them credit, but don't say how they're so much better than other teams. any team can win on any given day, for the most part.

how does timber creek have not good defense? with jordan the best libero in the state and the 2 puerto rican outside for OG 17s and the new OG setetr/opposite that just came from torrimar as well. and yes the south has equal amount of good teams. but remeber you cant talk about the south as a whole. there is different parts. its not fair to compare all of the south to just central florida

come on... i am from central florida and i know that junior from south florida on the sons is definitely the best libero. spencer struggles lots, and edy is the better outside, yet they are both just too small. p.s. take notice of edys cross court shot. its 90% the balls he hits

ok we all know the kid that said he is from central florida and jordan isnt the best libero, he isnt from central florida. it is a fast that all central florida kids knows he is sick and is the best. the kid that said that is obviously a south florida player or a kid that is mad because jordan is better. and edys is very versitile and hits line and hard angle very well. their height if fine for club obviously so im sure ir fine for high school ball. spencer wont be the go to guy on the team but he is very good and has imrpoved a lot and is a solid block

im from the south and i dont know how strong teams from central florida are looking this year. i hear all of you talking about how good tc and bm should be with olympia apopka an lyman still being strong and in the top 10. compare the 2008 teams to this years teams. was olympia and lyman last year stronger than all of the teams this year? or are this years teams stronger? would tc and bm 2009 beat the olympia and lyman 2008 teams?

Victors legit...haha
Jupiter has about 4 starters from last years state tourny team. The rest of the team is filled by some JV from last year. The whole team plays for the Jupiter Monster team...say that team is bad or not they r all playing year round at least.
Two very solid outsides filling in for me and cris(Grads), the returners both played varsity last year as libero and setter/OPP. Strong attack and defense.
The Middles are both pretty average attackers/blockers nothing to special there. Stronger on Attacking, but blocking is not far behind.
OPP and Setter are def the weak point on the team. Could cost the team in the long run for sure...
One of the middles is playing backrow and idk who the liberos gona be. this team is gona have to focus on connecting w the setter. Have a good shot at states i don't see them winning the whole shbang unless they play their brains out.

There are a few questions outstanding: 1- Gibbons: I do not see Gibbons on any list as a top ten team? why? They were a powerhouse last year. Did so many starters graduate and no back-up? Also, I hear Mike Z is their coach. Is this true? 2- St. Thomas: I heard Thomas lost a lot of players this year. Is this true? 3-Douglas: Did they find a new coach? who is he? Did they solve their setter problem? 4-River: I heard they only lost one starter from last year. Is this true?

Yeah Gibbons lost alot of players and so did St Thomas-they wont be a powerhouse. Douglas did get a coach--Frank and setter is still in training. River should be good!

I can't wait for games to start so we can really see who is the best. Just because you have good players doesn't mean you will always have the best team. There are some good teams here in central Florida as well in other areas and I wish that everyone would just respect each area. Every year there is a team that no one expects to be good. I am hoping that is my team! Good luck to all players and teams this season.
