Here are my predictions for the Spring Sting pools. No offense to TC for giving them a #2 rank in a pool. In this scenario they would easily take their pool.
I think it would be fair and give BM a chance to go to the finals. No knock on BM but no one sets up a tournament w/o giving themselves a chance to win it.
Pool A Brother Rice (Chicago, Illinois) Douglas (Parkland) University (Orlando) West Orange (Winter Garden)
Pool B Spanish River (Boca Raton) Timber Creek (Orlando) Miami Palmetto Cypress Creek (Orlando)
Pool C Jupiter Bishop Moore (Orlando) Oviedo Coral Springs
Pool D Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale) Monsignor Pace (Miami) Apopka Seminole (Sanford)
A vs B, C vs D

There are a couple of undefeated teams out there so you would only merit a #2 ranking in a pool. It is hard to argue that an undefeated team should not have a #1 seed. Spanish River has a loss but is at this moment ranked higher than you (whether valid or not). After that it only it is a toss up as to which pool you go into. Even if you switch the pairing between you and Spanish River or if you switch CG and SR/TC you come up about the same. I imagine BM would like to keep you on the other side of the bracket. I think TC can take SR if only for the fact that they were taken down by Columbus who lost to Lake Mary. The top seeds were determined by #1 BR vs #4SR & #2CG vs #3Jup
It was just for fun anyways but I thought that I would explain my thinking.

i doubt it is going by the rankings. its by wat they kno of the teams and wat they think. and they are ranked higer cuz they have played more games. thats where the coaches thoughs go over a ranking system. and i dont get last part u said

Interesting seeding of the Spring Sting.
Can not make up my mine if the POOL OF DEATH is B or D?
I am leaning toward B.
3 of the teams in this Pool have already made statements this season of being state crown contenders.
Spanish River is the current king of Palm Beach but is being challenged this year by Jupiter.
Palmetto with the big win over Killian has definitely made a statement about being the best in Miami.
Timber Creek won there own tourney so they definitely now how to win. And with Spanish River have the tradition of winning in the program.
Pool D is more about POTENTIAL.
Apopka has the athletes but not necessarily the skill in all positions.
Cardinal Gibbons has been for a while the King of Broward. Not sure if Gibbons has been really tested this year.
Monsignor Pace is supposely a young team on the up & coming. Not sure how good they really are.
Pool C. Agree with Tach comment's BM will give themselves a chance to win this tourney. Main challenger is Jupiter the current rival to Spanish River in Palm Beach County.
Pool A. The question is how good is Brother Rice and where does Florida volleyball rank on the national scene.
2 time champ Spanish River goes to Illinois and is spanded 3 time for their only losses of the season last year. Brother Rice was supposely the team that won that tourney they played in. Also would you travel so far just to lose 3 matches? Expect these guys to be in the Finals.
Douglas is another team of potential. Starting to come around to the form they had last year when they made a run in the state play offs.
University is on a hot streak. Intereting to see how they do in the pool.

DAVE. YOU MENTIONED BROTHER RICE WON THE TOURNY LAST YEAR THAT SPANISH RIVER ATTENDED, THATS TRUE. I WANTED TO MENTION THAT VOLLEYBALL IS SO STRONG IN ILLINOIS THAT BROTHER RICE BEING A SOLID PROGRAM THAT THEY ARE, GOT KNOCK OUT IN FIRST GAME OF REGIONALS LAST YEAR. I WAS READING A ARTICLE ABOUT THE SENIOR SETTER AND HE MADE A STATEMENT THAT HE PRACTICES WITH THE SETTING COACH EVERYDAY BEFORE AND AFTER PRACTICE (setting coach ). HE ALSO HAS BEEN A SETTER SINCE 4TH GRADE (they start them young ). THEY HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL PROGRAM 2 FRESHMAN TEAMS 2 JV TEAMS AND VARSITY (ALOT TALENT TO CHOOSE FROM ) FLORIDA WILL BE HERE ONE DAY YANKS FOR WHAT YOU DO ON THIS WEBSITE

not to take anything away from palmetto, it was a big win for them and they played well, but they beat killian by two points in the 5th set without our best hitter and blocker and with their 5'10 outside playing middle for the first time in his life...and they were at full strength.
dubbing them the best of miami is kinda stretching it, i think its a pretty tight race and i think killian more than made a statement about them being more than just walter davis. put walter back in the mix and its a different story.
killian is obviously beatable but dont go crowning ppl the best of an area without knowin the full story. its closer than you think in all fairness.
