Thanks for posting this info, David. I recenly relocated to Coral Springs from So Cal and am having some serious V-Ball withdrawals! I've been looking especially for outdoor leagues and/or classes In Ft Lauderdale (or closer, like Pompano). Are there any Links you might be able to provide for the area, or are these spots the only ones that are known?
I am most interested in checking out Holiday Park, but do you know if they are year round, or just thru summer?
Thanks TONS!

You can play doubles on the beach on Saturdays and Sundays at The 'south beach' in Fort Lauderdale. It is just south of Broward Blvd on A1A. There are about 6-8 courts right by the Yankee Clipper Hotel. Level varies between BB to AA depending on the court and day. Get there early as it can get busy and the courts are played as a workup style.
Also, does anyone know WHEN there is decent 'drop-in' at the Pompano Park courts. They look like nice courts but I never see anything but jungle ball when I drive by. ??

Appreciate the heads up, Ben. I may stop by, but I am a bit below that level of play, still stuck in the (non jungle ball) early intermediate stages. However, if you're ever looking to pick up a game in the Pompano area, feel free to drop me an email. My wife and I make 2, and there are plenty of courts around! Thanks dnabartels @ yahoo.com
