Really Love what Coach Wise is doing in Gainesville. The Florida Gators are currently ranked No. 9 on Volleyball Magazines Pre-season Poll.
Unfortunately no other team is currently ranked in the Top 20 nor are they on the honorable mention list. Believe me I would love nothing better than to see more Florida Schools ranked nationally.
Who Thinks Florida can make it to the final Four this year or even farther?

Looks Like the Florida gators will be very Good once again.
The Florida volleyball team, coming off a 27-4 record and an NCAA Regional Semifinal appearance in 2008,was ranked No. 8 in the 2009 American Volleyball Coaches Association Division I Preseason Coaches Top-25 Poll, the AVCA office in Lexington, Ky., announced Tuesday.
The AVCA’s top five teams include two-time defending NCAA Champion Penn State (No. 1), 2008 NCAA semifinalist Texas (No. 2), 2008 NCAA semifinalist Nebraska (No. 3), Washington (No. 4) and 2008 NCAA runner-up Stanford (No. 5).
Personally, I'd like to see them make it to the Elite 8 and see what happens. One things for sure Florida Gators Volleyball will be on TV quite a bit this year on Sun, FSN, ESPNU, etc.

Below is text that I copied from ESPNU:
Florida has earned seven trips to the national semifinals and advanced to the championship match once, but this could be the year Mary Wise and the Gators finally win their elusive national championship.
UF features a trio of sophomores -- setter/opposite hitter Kelly Murphy, the 2008 AVCA National Freshman of the Year, and outside hitters Kristy Jaeckel and Colleen Ward. The Gators were tabbed as favorites to win the Southeastern Conference title for a 19th consecutive season.
Florida could reach the Final Four without ever leaving the Sunshine State. The Gators have played host to the first- or second-round matches in 17 of the past 18 seasons and have an all-time NCAA tournament record of 38-4 at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center, one of four regional sites for this year's tournament.
The 2009 championship will be played at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Fla.
