The tall black kid? That guy sucks, honestly the worst player I have ever seen.
Now the other middle the sons have, the one with the huge basketball shoes and the high black socks, that kid can really play. Im pretty sure hes number 12.

there is no such player as kevin from olympia, dumb*ass. and gage's main position is rightside. him and ian are both top rightsides. and there are better outsides. such as marshal caleb robbie(sometimes) brett. gage cant hit the best from outside since he is goofy footed

whose the setter from olympia?
oh and if your the best at something, you should be able to dominate any position, but if your goofy footed your obviously not the best at something cuz your technique is wrong, backwards.
If your the best at something you should not only dominate your position but your technique should be flawless. Not taking away anything from gage i know hes sick and he does dominate but this kids arguement about he cant hit from the outside cuz hes goofy footed is stupid.
the kid from coral park with the red shoes a few years back was goofy footed as hell and he dominated the outside position, first team all state in 03. So stop sayin oh hes really a right side cuz hes goofy footed...if ur good ur good period...

ok he was saying he wasnt the best outside and that is why, its like a lefty hittin outside, it isnt easy. i mean he is still better outside then almost every1 but he is known as a rightside because that is what he plays in club and will play in college. and you say if some1 is the best at something they should be able to dominate any position? so the best libero should be able to dominate as a middle blocker? you dont know what your talking about. no1's technique is flawless at this age and in florida and that doesnt make someone not the best at their position in florida. and the setter is travis

Cardinal Gibbons went 31-0 in 2005. Sorry to burst that bubble.
And by the way, do they actually have a player of the state? What paper?

If its some south florida paper, then they are just calling it player of the year. A south florida paper isn't gonna pick a kid from central florida.
And im sure the FHSAA doesn't have it nor an all state team.

i played against both southwest 03 and gibbons 05. both were disgusting but no one will ever beat teams like the 03 southwest team did. they would beat you, shake you hand, walk out of the gym leaving asking yourself what the heck just happened to your team... gibbons would beat you and beat you bad, but the feeling of losing to them was not the same. it will be hard to find another complete team like that 03 team...

I have to agree with steve on that 100%. Those guys were a well oiled machine. They came in handled their business and walked right back out. Good group of guys.

And it isnt like a lefty hitting outside, bc guess what hes righty!! its not his hands that are backwards smart guy its his feet! And there are ppl in florida with perfect or close to perfect technique...but then again perfection is judged by whoever is lookin at it...everyone has their opinion
