yea and a big ol rasberry for OG18's who went winless. Just goes to prove that Tom is more worried about BM than keeping the team together. What a waste. Too bad you wouldn't put the effort to keep Mark and Matt and Joe and the others together for one more run. you had to have your boys didn't you. hope you go winless for the entire tourney.

Congrats to OBV 18 - won Gold and went did not drop a game all weekend! Congrats to Tampa Bay - won gold! Congrats to OG 14s won gold!
OBV 17s - placed in gold, Longwood 14s placed in gold, and OBV 14s - won silver and Sons 17s - won silver.
OG 18s - won bronze, Longwood 16s placed in bronze, OG 17s were disappointed.
But the story of the tournament is OBV 18s who did not drop a game! Congrats!

Waht about Og 16s? went 1-2 the first day with their only setter getting hurt the first game? then the next day going 3-0 beating the 2nd seed. then the third day taking Torrimar to 3 without their star outside Matt Combs and still without their starting setter? I think they deserve some credit for still getting a bid for open. Although overall florida teams represented well all around.

All and all I'd say Florida put its mark on the map for this year as a state to be taken serious. Doesn't matter if your from OG, OBV, Sons, Longwood, Tampa, JJVA, Miami, or any other club this year let's go out and prove to the country that Florida is a volleyball state. Along with having fun and I know as much it'soing to kill some people to do but at Nationals OBV and OG go cheer for one another same for Tampa and Sons. Let's bring as much hardware back to our great state.
