Can someone tell me about Columbus Bishop Moore Game. Its weird because Bishop Moore beat Berkeley (although very close), who beat Archbishop, a team that handled Columbus 3-0. Also can someone describe how River looked? Did JP really make that big of an impact for Columbus?

columbus vs. bishop moore was intense first set...neither could put ball away to end set. all these teams beating each other means is all up for grabs.

This tournament shows that competition all over the state is about equal. JP does make a difference but I'm not sure about a huge difference though. River wasn't that strong, they just made it in the final because McCarthy made a lot of dumb mistakes and their block was useless against brad. I can't wait to see what happens come state tournament time

Brad will be effective against any team just because he jumps so high and contacts the ball very well. McCarthy did have alot of errors that I expect to be corrected by states. That's my take on it.

Surprised there's not more talk about this tournament considering its a good showing of what states will be like. Any thoughts on the teams? Archbishop? Bm? Columbus? River? Best players, strong points? Why the games turned out the way they did?

Did anyone see anything good at the bishop Moore Columbus game? Players stood out? Maybe some players people aren't recognizing enough show up... I know the middles on Columbus were handling Christian with their blocks, even the other one, besides JP. anyone else see anything they would care to share?
