LOCATION HAS CHANGED....
• Tournament is open gym format. Teams can be male, female or coed. All ages, middle school through “old school”, are invited to play.
• Teams must have a minimum of 6 players. If any team has less than 6 players or any singles want to play, the tournament director will combine to make full teams and allow everyone to play.
• Due to FHSAA input, teams cannot wear high school or club uniforms. Teams must have a unique name that does not represent a specific high school or club.
• There will be 2 divisions: Open and A. Open will use the normal men’s net height. A will use a coed net height. Each team is guaranteed at least 5 games in pool play with some advancing to playoffs. Exact number of games will be determined by the number of teams in the tournament.
• All middle school players and beginners will be in a separate pool that will consist of a Clinic run by college-level coaches along with a mini-pool consisting of several games.
• Each player (and parents) must sign an insurance waiver before they begin to warm up.
• All teams are encouraged to pre-register. Those registering at the tournament must register before 8:00 a.m. to be considered for pool play.
• Tournament play will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will run throughout the day. Playoffs will occur in the late afternoon (Times to be announced).
• Due to FHSAA input, No coaching will be allowed at this event either from the bench or the crowd. We invite all coaches to join a team or form a team to enjoy playing themselves.
• COST: Each player in the tournament or attending the middle school clinic will donate $20 towards Nick’s fund to offset his medical costs. Each player registering the morning of the tournament will donate $30. All team members will receive a t-shirt.
