this is definitely slanted toward the central florida teams
folks who deserve consideration are: (and my slant of course is central florida where I live)
Brett Ryan, Mark Van Zweiten on the undefeated Cardinal Gibbons team Jaime Roberts from Lake Howell Tyler Stevens from Westminster numerous kids from Southwest
Then my next question is to we count there college career or just high school career in these selections.
Setter - Mike Iandolo for his many achievements at Lewis ... Ala becomes an honorable mention ...Quaid Marin should also be considered here
RS - Evan Romero wins a National Championship at Stanford ... he has not competition here only honorable mentions
OH - Kyle Friend, Van Zweiten, Ryan, Arturo
L Wolfe did not play libero until he went to college so not sure he can be the all libero selection

Evan played middle in high school. I think thats where you should keep him for this team because he was such a dominant middle. You can find other extremely good opposites to put on this team. CJ Macias is one that was forgotten but is one of the best players to come out of Florida in this time period. Ricky Diaz is also an incredible opp. Then as mentioned, Gus and Ian are studs as well. Tough cut to make.

jeff soler was before 03 but he is definately one of the best players to come out of florida considering he was a top player at lewis and is playing professionally now

might be before your guys' era, but by far the best team put together EVER would be as follows:
setter- sebastian pedrazza oppo- evan romero outside- george roumain outside- jeff soler middle- big red middle- tim spencer libero- mark vanzwietten
contending for other spots would be opposite- cj macias outside- neil mayo opposite- mike dipierro
that team would hands down be better in every position than anyother team you could put together (in terms of florida)
the one position we have seen that has been by far the weakest in florida over the years is a solid group of big middles. big red was the first middle to really go on and do something good. he was pretty solid this year being that it was his first year in college. i think he will be one of the best players at middle by the time his career is done. you can't teach height.

I'd put Darrel Dilmore in the middle over Spencer. and Tarr in at OH over R2o and Collin Sebastian was a great HS setter, but I think You'd have to take Iandolo now. I'd take Jason Hawkins at the Utility player, Played MB/RS and OH for Penn St. in the National Championship game.
