I heard the chances of being looked at for college is practically "0" if you only play high school. The chances are MUCH better if you play club and go to Regionals and JOs. Is this right? yes

to um....warner southern a college varsity team? I know they had a good year last year and are in MAMVIC but still no Div 3 or even 2 for Florida? It is a shame the good players have to leave the state to play ball. Let's hope Florida gets some recognition and things will change.

Just to clarify I was comparing D1 men's teams to D1 Women's teams in #1
#2 was an average of full rides as coaches split up their full rides to give in state and out of state money. D III does not give any athletic scholarship money

D III does not give any athletic scholarship money if you are a fully funded D1 school coaches dont need to split up full rides to give in state and out of state money. full ride means full ride no matter if youre in or out of state or even out of the country for that matter.

[/qu Coaches don't need to, but sometimes they do. My first year of college I recieved an in-state volleyball scholarship to the University of Louisville, (Louisville, by the way is a fully funded D1 school) I lived in Indiana, so I paid the difference, next year I recieved an out of state scholarship which then paid for everything. I was under the impression that a coach can give as much or as little as they want to a player.
