Lets just say that we all disagree Lyman is good for the kids that cant afford Gold or the kids that are not good enough for Gold let Lyman keep its little club going and producing a good team every 3 or 4 years and Gold will keep producing Timber Creek Bishop Moore Olympia Lake Mary and so on... Good Luck CJ Keep working hard with Longwood and you will be a good player u mean a bunch of thingyy ass teams who cant win a state title like lyman did. didnt they beat TC to do that? and lake mary? only CFLK team with one.

There a least 3 players on the Longwood club from Lyman that would be on 17-1 OG no problem. But they want to stay together so they get better as a team. OG is the best club in the Orlando area but we should all support the efforts of the longwood team and if they get the club team going at Lake Mary support it too. We need all the clubs we can get so the younger kids can get into a system and learn to play. We need to advance volleyball in this state and maybe some colleges would pick it up and then so many players wouldn't have to leave the state. Good competition is what makes the sport grow.

you guys are only talking about central Florida guys, but really the best player right now in Florida is in HML, angel dache he is the Cuban kid that play on Florida sons 17L he played against Orlando gold 18 and 17 black, he beat you guys in regionals he was the most existing player in the turn. now in Jo's hes doing it again I hear in one game of 3 sets he had 31 kills the cast around him is average but right now he is by far the best player in Floria

Thats kinda harsh saying the rest of the team is average, we didnt win the florida region and get 3rd in the nation from just relying on angel. Junior made all tournament, and mike (the setter), would have made it as well if we had reached the finals, because for some reason they give more spots on the all tournament team the better your actual team does. If we had won the whole thing either chris ( the middle from south broward) or Mo from killian would have got it as well.
But I do agree with what your saying, Angel is the best player in the state hands down, but he is not on an "average" team.

no he means sons 17s. and you are not 3rd in the nation. you are about 56. open is better then club so dont think you are the 3rd best team in the nation. and you guys are all decent players, good serve recieve. but angel does everything. i heard he got all ur kills. that all the crucial or sideout points went to him

It really irks me when people claim they got 3rd in the nation. There are 36 teams in open. You were 39th place in the country.
Saying you got 3rd place in the nation is a doisgrace to teams like Balboda who finished 2rd in open and would smash any team in florida.
3rd in the club division at nationals. yes. Congratulations. Thats a good achievement. But 3rd in the nation? please...

actually angel did not get every side out hit, it was well spread among the middle, outside hitter and right side. So before you start talking smack you need to get the story straight.
And as far as third in the nation, well yeah is under club!! We are not taking anything away from open team, but majority of those open team we actually have played them in prior tournaments. And guess what we actually did beat several of them. It was just unfortunate that we were not able to compete in open because we did not attend East Coast Champion in Virginia when we finally got our roster all set up. Dont put a team down because it sounds to me like there is alot of jealously going on. Umh what team did you play for???

ok thats fine when you say dont put a team down, but your raising a team up, it was club. not 3rd in the nation. you played 2s teams.
