That is a tough loss--I thought he was the best player on the OG 15s last year. Is longwood going to be good this year?

The Sons 17s are going to be awsome this year. They have a lot of their returning players and some new players. I heard the 6'9" middle from the Sons 17s last year was only 16 and he will be playing with the 17s this year again. They should do very good, especially since 2 good OG players that played with the 16s last year is staying with the 16s again.

OG 16s losing berryhill isnt terrible... he wouldnt get to play outside anymore anyway. cristian and will are easily the best two hitters for their age group... i think cristian is technically still playing up an age group he should be with the 15s.

if big red stays with the 17s and then og's 17s losing cristian and will, will give sons a bit of advantage but dont count OG out because that 1s team had alot of depth and players easily to fill the rolls. and now that i just remembered. forget everything i just said. the 2 ricans from TC that were gonna play gold this past summer but couldnt cause torrimar already bought their stuff and will be the best 2 players are going to play gold. OGs 17s will dominate. but with big red sons will have something to say on the court about it. good match up. and losing the masked man will be good because for 1 he wasnt going to play and 2 they will have better team chemistry

Don't count the Sons 16 out. Remember last year the sons 15 beat OG 16s (best team) in the last tournament. They have 4 very good players. Plus they are getting new players this year also.
Eric- Setter TJ, Anthony - Outside Aaron-Right

not counting sons out. just sayin gold will be very good with cristian is is an amazing defender and a very good and smart hitter and has been playing and starting for the 1s team 2 age groups up. and will who was last years 16s best player and was already being scouted and did usa juniors also playing up is staying now with his 16s age group

to clear this up, matt brock is a way better hitter than setter, with a good jump, he'll hit. setting wont be a problem, dont know who put that. berryhill bailed on the now 16's last year at nationals, so hes not coming back. itll come down to how good the passing is. good passing= easy setting= better hitting

Well my opinion about the sons 18's is that they will be a strong team just like last year since all the players are coming back. And they have picked up Travis from the other 17's so with him the team is complete. That team had a very good nucleus last year and travis will increase their blocking aspect. Good luck to the other guys!!

im pretty sure that mike is still going to set for sons18. the team is very well rounded. yes, angel is a strong aspect to the team but each player is very good as well. mo and junior are both excellent players and mike can set very consistent. i think each player contributes just as much as angel. not taking anything away from angel that is, but in club, one player does not carry a whole team, especially at the 18s level.
